Terms of service
These terms apply to the Telegram bot @UniqlyVideoBot and to the copy packs and subscriptions (the Lite, Pro and Team plans) sold in it. Paying for a pack or a subscription in the bot means you accept these terms. Using the free trial means you accept sections 3, 9 and 12.
1. Who provides the service
Seller: Uniqly, contact: /support in @UniqlyVideoBot. The service is provided through the Telegram bot @UniqlyVideoBot, t.me/UniqlyVideoBot.
2. What the service does
You send one vertical video. The bot returns the number of copies you chose as files in the same chat. Each copy is a separate video file: its own encoding, a slightly different zoom and crop, the original file details removed and the audio pitch moved by about a semitone. iPhone HDR is converted to standard color, and video that is not 9:16 (a 4:5 or square clip too) is cropped to 9:16, so content at the edges is lost. Playback speed, frame timing and the beginning and end of the video stay as they are. More on the page What changes. What stays. and in the FAQ.
Limits per video: up to 10 copies, up to 200 MB and up to 180 seconds.
The bot works in the same three languages as this site. It follows the language of your Telegram app, and you can change it in the bot: Help, then Language.
3. Results on platforms
How Instagram or any other platform treats a copy is decided by the platform alone: whether it counts the copy as new content, and how much reach and how many views, likes or followers a post gets. Platforms look at the content of the video, the sound and account signals, not only the file, and the seller does not control their decisions. These results are not part of the service.
4. Prices and payment
Current prices are on the home page and in the bot at the moment of purchase. The price the bot shows when you pay is the one that applies.
Payment is accepted only inside the bot. Copy packs are paid with Telegram Stars or with crypto. Subscriptions are paid with crypto only. Card payments are planned. This site takes no payment. Telegram processes Stars payments under its own rules.
The number of credits, the validity and the price are fixed when the bot issues the invoice. A Stars invoice can be paid for a few days, a crypto invoice until the time shown on it. Later price changes do not affect what you already paid for.
When you pay with crypto, send the amount in the coin and on the network shown on the invoice. Coins sent on another network are lost.
5. Free trial
Each Telegram account gets 3 free copies once, with no expiry. An account that already got a free copy from the earlier one-copy trial does not get them. On a day with an unusual rush of new users, the free trial may open the next day.
6. How credits are spent
One delivered copy spends one credit. Only delivered copies are charged: a copy that failed is returned to your balance. The credits that expire soonest are spent first.
7. Validity
- Credits from a pack are valid for 90 days from payment.
- Bonus credits, for example from invites, are valid for 30 days from the grant.
- Trial credits do not expire.
- A subscription gives copies within its daily limit: up to 15 a day on Lite, 50 on Pro and 150 on Team. It runs for the period you chose at purchase (a month, or a longer period for Pro), is paid for that whole period up front and does not renew by itself. Copies not used on a day do not carry over. A subscription bought while another one is active starts when the current one ends.
- Team is one subscription for 5 people, the buyer included, with one daily limit shared by everyone. The buyer adds and removes people in the bot: Balance, then Team. Each person works in their own chat, and nobody sees anyone else's videos. A member's own subscription is used first, then the team's limit.
- If you have both a subscription and credits, the subscription is used first. When the day's subscription limit is reached, the bot refuses until the next day and does not spend credits.
- Copies made with credits also count against a daily limit of 50 copies.
The bot warns once, 7 days before credits expire. When the validity period ends, unused credits and subscription days end with it.
8. Refunds
Ask for a refund through /support or /paysupport in the bot. A payment in Telegram Stars can be refunded while what it bought is essentially unused: the whole Stars payment comes back, and what it bought is removed (the pack's remaining credits, or the days a Stars subscription payment added; if it was your only one, the subscription ends). A crypto payment cannot be refunded. A buyer who reverses payments repeatedly can be refused service.
9. Acceptable use
- Send only video you have the rights to use and to post.
- Do not send illegal content, or content that infringes anyone's rights.
- Post the copies within the rules of the platforms.
The seller does not check your rights to a video. You are responsible for the content you send and for how you use the copies. The seller can refuse service to accounts that break these terms.
10. Invites and the creator program
Your personal invite link is in the bot: Invite, or /invite.
- Your friend gets 5 credits after their first delivered copy.
- You get 5 credits when your friend pays for their first pack. A subscription does not count. If that pack is refunded, your bonus is removed.
- You can earn the inviter bonus up to 10 times a month.
- Bonus credits last 30 days.
- Only new users count: if your friend has used the bot before, the link gives no bonus.
- Invite bonuses are given within a daily limit for the whole bot, and the program can be paused. A bonus that is not given at that moment is not given later.
If you run a channel or a blog, you can ask support for a creator code. Creator codes are issued individually, and each creator's percent is agreed individually. A creator sees their own numbers in the bot. The seller can change these rules for future awards; bonuses already granted are not affected.
11. Your data
How data is handled is described in the privacy policy. The video you send and the copies are deleted from the server after the job.
12. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is, within what sections 2 and 3 describe. The seller is not responsible for platform decisions such as lower reach, a removed post or a restricted account.
13. Changes to these terms
The seller can change these terms. Changes are published on this page. Packs and subscriptions already paid for keep the terms that applied when their invoice was issued.
14. Contact
/support in the bot, or Help, then Support. More on the support page.
