Privacy policy

This policy covers the Telegram bot @UniqlyVideoBot and this site.

Who is responsible

Responsible for the data: Uniqly, contact: /support in @UniqlyVideoBot. This is the seller of the service, who runs the bot and this site.

What the bot stores

  • Your Telegram user id, and your username and display name as Telegram reports them.
  • When you first and last used the bot, and how many times.
  • The bot's language for you, once you pick one or pay. Until then the bot follows your Telegram interface language.
  • How many copies you made each day, to apply daily limits.
  • Job records: how many copies were requested and delivered, the status, a hash of the source file and the processing parameters of each copy. The hash lets the bot make every new copy different from earlier ones. It is not the video.
  • Your credit balance and every change to it, such as purchases, spending, bonuses and expiry.
  • Your subscription: the plan and the end date.
  • Team: if you own a team or are a member of one, who is in it and how many copies each person made that day.
  • Orders and payments: what was bought, the price, the payment method, invoice ids, amounts and status.
  • Invites: your invite code, who invited you, and whether each invite bonus was given.
  • Referral data: which creator link you came from. For creators in the program, also the name and the payout contact they gave.
  • A ban, if an account was blocked.

What happens to your videos

The video you send and the copies made from it are deleted from the server 60 minutes after the job. The source is kept that long so that you can ask for more copies of the same video without sending it again. The bot's working folder for the job is removed, and the file is released from the bot's own Telegram file storage. The copies you received stay in your chat with the bot, in Telegram, like any other message.

On a Team subscription each person works in their own chat. The team owner sees who is in the team and how many copies each person made that day, not the videos.

Who else handles data

Telegram carries your messages and files and processes Stars payments under its own rules. The seller receives the fact and the amount of a payment, not your payment details.

Payments in crypto go through the payment processor NOWPayments. For such a payment the bot stores the invoice id, the deposit address, the amount, the coin and the status.

Your data is not sold and is not shared for advertising.

This site

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other services. To open the site in your language, the hosting provider tells the site the country of your IP address; the site uses it only to pick the language and does not keep it. The hosting provider that serves it sees visitors' IP addresses in its request logs, as any web server does.

How long data is kept

There is no automatic deletion: records are kept while the service runs, so that balances, refunds and referral reports keep working.

Your choices

You can ask what is stored about your account, or ask for it to be deleted, through /support in the bot.
